User Information: Name, email address, account owner status, collaborator status, and email verification status of the logged-in user

Plan Information: Your Shopify plan details, including plan name, Shopify Plus status, and whether your store is a development store

Product Data: Product information, variant details, inventory levels, pricing, images, metafields, and related product catalog data when you create backups

Information that you directly provide to us through our App includes:

Backup Configuration: Google Drive folder selection and backup storage preferences

Google Drive Data: If you choose to connect Google Drive, we collect authentication tokens and folder information from your Google account

Information We Collect About Your App Usage

We automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the App, including:

Usage Analytics: Backup creation frequency, page navigation within the App, and feature usage

We do not collect any information directly from your store's customers. Our App creates backups of your product data for your use, but we do not track, collect, or store any personal information from your customers, including browsing data, cookies, or any other personal information.

Authentication tokens are automatically refreshed when they expire

You can disconnect Google Drive integration at any time through the App

Data Retention

Store and Backup Data: We retain this information while the App is installed and for a reasonable period after uninstallation for business purposes

Google Drive Tokens: These are refreshed automatically and retained while the App is installed

Backup Files: Backup files are stored in your Google Drive account and are subject to your Google Drive storage and retention policies

Usage Analytics: Retained for business analytics and improvement purposes

Uninstalled Apps: When you uninstall the App, we mark your store as uninstalled but may retain certain data for business purposes

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
